Just to inform you that I finally resumed creating a Zenodo record for each crop-specific ontology having a repo on the Planteome Github and therefore to allocate the DOIs that we discussed back in October 23! This is a slow manual process.
Curators will be contacted by mail to validate the record in Zenodo and complete the Readme file of the Planteome repo when necessary.
